I love cooking and I decided to start this blog to document my new project. I want to take a tour of the world and cook a traditional dish of every country in the world (all 197 countries that are either member of the united nations, permanent observers in the UN or recognized by certain other countries).

Living in San Francisco is a blessing as I can pretty much find any ingredient I want (I hope…!).

This project will definitely be challenging as I am not a professional cook nor do I have a big kitchen.
