I plan to start my journey in France (my home country) and then make my way down toward the south and Africa going through Spain and Portugal to then cross the straight of Gibraltar and arrive in Morocco. From there I want to go all the way down to South Africa cooking a traditional dish from every country I cross.
Once in South Africa I hope I will have crossed a few countries of my list and then move to another continent for a little while!
I assume I will have an easier time finding ingredients if I go from country to country nearby as they will probably overlap somehow.
For now the first recipe post is coming after this with one of my favorite classic french dish: Boeuf Bourguignon! 🙂
